The subject of the order is:
Supply of electricity for the lighting of roads, open areas, buildings and municipal organizational units represented by the Municipality of Bochnia in an estimated quantity: 8 626 931 kWh during the contract period to the points of consumption and measurement of electricity of the Municipality of Bochnia together with municipal organizational units.
The order includes:
1) Supply of electricity for the lighting of roads, open areas, buildings and municipal organizational units represented by the Municipality of Bochnia in an estimated quantity: 8 626 931 kWh during the contract period to the electricity consumption and measurement points of the Municipality of Bochnia together with municipal organizational units according to Annex 1.
2) The number of energy consumption points may be increased by new consumption points. The commune of the City of Bochnia plans to connect to the network in 12.2019: the consumption point Podedworze pumping station with connection power 15 kW, address of the point of consumption: plot No. 4988/1, ul. Podedworze, 32-700 Bochnia, POLAND and a graduation tower with a connection capacity of 39 kW, address of the tapping point ul. Regis / Oracka, 32-700 Bochnia, POLAND, plot no. 7617, 7603. A photovoltaic installation connected to the power grid is planned at the graduation tower. The produced energy will be used first of all for own purposes, and the excess energy will be stored in the power grid. In order to achieve the planned effect, it is designed for the abovementioned 31 pcs of solar panels, 325 W each, a total of 10 075 W.
3) In subsequent years, the Employer reserves the right to connect new tapping points.
4) The Contractor shall be obliged to terminate the currently concluded contracts for the supply of electricity. The contracting authority shall conclude one contract for the supply of energy on the terms, the most advantageous offer selected, on behalf of all municipal organizational units listed in Annex 1.
5) The amount of purchased energy will be settled according to the actual consumption of this energy by the Employer and municipal organizational units. The payers will be the entities indicated in Annex 1, provided to the electricity seller selected as a result of this proceeding in accordance with §6 point 1 of the contract.
6) The current Operator of the Distribution System in the Municipality of Bochnia is Tauron Dystrybucja SA and PKP Energetyka (for the energy consumption point no. PL PKPE 12010000_06).
7) Participants in the proceedings have signed contracts for a definite or indefinite period. Information on currently applicable contracts can be found in Annex 2.
8) Method (quantity of deliveries) and place of delivery: for street lighting, the place of energy supply is the change in the function of the power line, from transmission or distribution to the recipient's installations.
In particular, they will be: power cable terminals in the street lighting cabinet or current terminals at the output of the wires from the protections towards the installation of the recipient.
9) Other places of energy supply resulting from the interpretation of the Act of 10.4.1997 Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755) are specified in the connection conditions.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes:
1) a list of energy consumption points with estimated consumption - Annex 1;
2) a list of energy consumption points with the list of currently binding contracts - Annex 2;
3) list of consumption according to tariffs - Annex 3;
4) delivery cost estimate form - Annex 4;

8. The supply of electricity will take place under the conditions set out in the Act of 10.4.1997 - Energy Law and in accordance with the implementing regulations issued to that Act, in particular with the quality standards of customer service specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 6.3.2019 on detailed rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trading. The quality parameters of electricity in the distribution part are regulated by the Ordinance of the Minister of Economy of 4.5.2007 on detailed conditions for the operation of the power system.
The awarding entity does not envisage choosing the most advantageous offer to use an electronic auction and does not establish a dynamic purchasing system.
The proceedings are conducted in accordance with art. 24aa section 1 and 2 Pzp.
