1. The object of the order is delivery with the placement, assembly and commissioning of the AV system in the building of the Multi-functional Aula of the Pomorska Academy in Słupsk at 7 Kozietulskiego Street in Słupsk
2. The Contracting Authority informs that cable routes, described in Chapter 5, “Installation of wiring (cable routes)”, a description of the executive project have been excluded from the subject of the order. Cable routes have been made and all the long lines listed in Annex No 1 “linkage and cable routes” have been laid. The performance of the AV system power installation is also not an item of the order.
The above tasks were done during construction work on the Auli facility.
3. A detailed description of the item of the order is contained in Part III of this SWZ.
4. The terms of execution of the contract shall also be defined by the model contract (Part II of SWZ

3. The Contractor shall ensure that the delivered item of the order is factory new (year of production min. 2021), complete and operational, has no physical defects and is ready for use as intended without additional purchases of parts and accessories.
4. The delivered item of the order must have the necessary documents, instructions and guarantees
in Polish. Documents, warranty card and instructions for use, the Contractor shall provide the Contractor with the subject of the contract.
5. As part of the execution of the contract, the contractor is obliged to carry out the accompanying services (e.g. transport, insurance for the duration of transport, loading, unloading, disposal of packaging, etc.) necessary for the proper execution of the order.
