The Embassy of Ireland, Al Khawabi St, Al Safarat, Al Safarat, Riyadh 12513, Saudi Arabia; requires the services of a suitably qualified and licensed security services provider to provide a guarding service and alarm monitoring and response service at the embassy compound, more particularly to:

— provide a security guard for 24 hour service at the embassy compound to ensure the security of the residents, screen visitors, monitor CCTV (when installed) and respond to threats;

— provide guard back-up service including mobile patrols and response team;

— receive alarm activations (panic, intruder, fire — when installed) and respond according to a standard protocol to be established between the security services provider and the embassy;

— liaise with Saudi authorities where necessary;

— provide ongoing threat assessment and advice in relation to the embassy compound — residences and chancery — as necessary.
