This is a contract award notice for the opportunity advertised under Contract Notice 2018/S 013-024706. Brookfield Riverside is a major retail and leisure led mixed use development of quality that will create a new town centre for Broxbourne and its local area. Brookfield Riverside will also form an integral part of the adjoining new Brookfield Garden Village development.
