1. The subject of the contract is "Delivery of devices securing communication with external systems".
2. The contract shall be awarded as lots, each of which shall be the subject of a separate procedure.
3. The contract is included in the plan of procurement procedures published in the BZP under number 2.2.5.
4. The contracting authority does not provide for the cancellation of the procedure in the cases specified in Article 257 of the PPL.
1. The subject of the contract is "Delivery of devices securing communication with external systems".
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the scope is indicated in Part III of the SWZ and in Part IV of the SWZ - Draft Provisions of the Agreement.
3. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractors to pay a deposit in the amount of PLN 40,000.00 (in words: forty thousand zlotys, 00/100)
4. The contracting authority requires a performance bond. The Contractor will be obliged to lodge a performance bond for the amount constituting: 3% of the Contractor's remuneration indicated in the Agreement, in accordance with Article 452(2) of the PPL.
5. The Contracting Authority shall not require the Contractor to submit the said evidence together with the bid.
6. Term of the contract
6.1 The maximum term of the contract is 38 months, including
6.1.1. Delivery of Equipment and Licenses with manufacturer's service support, installation, implementation and workshops
a.The date of delivery of equipment and licenses along with the purchased, basic period of manufacturer's support for 12 months – up to 50 calendar days (Attention! It is a criterion for the evaluation of offers) from the date of signing the Agreement. The Contractor will be obliged to complete the delivery within the time limit indicated in the offer.
b. Carrying out the necessary implementation and parameterization works of the software – up to 60 calendar days from the date of signing the Agreement.
c. Conducting dedicated workshops for the Ordering Party's staff – up to 60 calendar days from the date of signing the Agreement.
d. Preparation of as-built documentation – up to 60 calendar days from the date of signing the Agreement.
6.1.2.Us service support services of the Contractor
a.Us service service – for 36 months from the receipt of the delivered equipment and license.
6.1.3.Us Technical Support Lyes
a. Technical assistance – for 36 months from the receipt of the delivered equipment and license.
6.1.4.Manufacturer's maintenance support for subsequent 12-month periods
a.I additional period of 12 months of manufacturer's service support and leaving the disks with the Ordering Party in the event of a failure – for 12 months from the day following the expiry of the 12-month basic manufacturer's support period.
b.II additional period of 12 months of manufacturer's service support and leaving the disks with the Ordering Party in the event of a failure – for 12 months from the day following the end of the first additional period of manufacturer's support. The deadlines for the performance of individual obligations of the Contractor, constituting the subject of the contract, are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Part IV of the SWZ.
