The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and development of municipal waste received from property owners residing in the territory of the municipality of Frysztak in the years 2022-2023 according to accepted output data 1) Total estimated mass of waste approx.: 1 500 Mg/year 2) Receipt of waste from the municipality of Frysztak from 13 villages: Frysztak, Kobyle, Pułanki, Cieszyna, Stępina, Glinik Dolny, Glinik Górny, Fortress, Widacz, Lubla, Gogołów, Huta Gogołowska, and from the Municipal Selective Waste Collection located in Gogołowska Bottom line, 3) Number of residents of the municipality 10,468 persons checked in, including approximately 8,070 persons residing in 2,594 properties.A detailed description of the object of the order is given in Part IV of the Specification of the Terms of Order posted on the website of the Ordering Party https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/frysztak
1.The scope of the item of the order includes the reception and development of:
1) Mixed municipal waste code 20 03 01 accumulated by residents of property residing in appropriately marked bags in quantities of approximately 500 Mg per year,
2) Segregated municipal waste collected by property residents residing in appropriately colored bags given below the types of waste in the amount of approximately 600 Mg per year including:
(a) paper and cardboard, packaging of paper and cardboard (code 20 01 01 01, 15 01 01 01);
(b) metals, plastics, multi-aerial packaging (code, 15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 20 01 39, 20 01 40),
(c) glass (code 20 01 02, 15 01 07),
(d) biodegradable waste (code 20 02 01),
(e) other non-listed fractions collected selectively (code ex 20 01 99) ashes.
f) Bulk waste and used eclectic and electronic equipment (200307, 200123*, 200135*, 200136)
3) Other waste collected in the GPSZOK located in Gliniku Dolny totaling approximately 400 Mg per year, such as:
(a) worn tyres (code 16 01 03),
(b) large-sized waste (code 20 03 07),
(c) consumed electrical and electronic equipment (code 20 01 23*, 20 01 35*, 20 01 36),
(d) waste from clothing and textiles (code 20 01 10, 20 01 11),
e) construction waste from construction, repairs and dismantling (170101, 170103, 170107, 170604)
(f) household hazardous waste (i.e. chemicals, paints, expired medicines, batteries and batteries, spent oils) with codes 20 01 21*, 20 01 31*, 20 01 32, 20 01 27*, 20 01 28, 20 01 13*, 20 01 33*, 20 01 01 34),
(g) biodegradable waste, kitchen waste (code 20 02 01, 20 01 08),
(h) clothing and textiles (code 20 01 10, 20 01 11),
(i) oils, fats, wood (code 20 01 25, 20 01 38,15 01 03,),
(j) paper and cardboard (code 20 01 01 01, 15 01 01,
(k) metals 150104 200140,
l) plastics 200139 150102,
(d) glass (code 20 01 02, 15 01 07,
m) multi-factory packaging 150105,
(n) waste ineligible for household medical waste due to intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringes.
2. The quantities of waste given above are indicative and have been given in order to draw up the tender. The Contracting Authority shall pay the Contractor for the actual collected and landscaped municipal waste.
3.The collection of municipal waste from the owners of domiciled property will be carried out for the following waste fractions with a frequency of at least:
(a) unsegregated and mixed waste — once a month January February, March, November, December and twice a month in April-October (not less than once a fortnight in months IV-X),
(b) Plastics, metals, multi-aerial packaging — once a month January, February, March, November, December and twice a month in April-October (not less than once a fortnight in the months of IV-X),
(c) ashes — (between October and April) - once a month,
(d) paper, cardboard - once per quarter of a given year,
(e) coloured and colourless packing glass, once a quarter of the year concerned,
(f) biodegradable waste, kitchen waste — once a month January, February, March, November, December and twice a month in April-October (not less than once a fortnight in months IV-X),
(g) large-size waste, furniture, carpeting, carpets, sanitation, used equipment, electrical and electronic without tires — minimum twice a year — within fixed dates.
(h) waste from uninhabited property from the municipality shall be received on a different date than from inhabited property.
4.The Contracting Authority shall pay the Contractor for the actual collected and developed municipal waste;
