LOS_1_RV_Material Procurement_-_LOS_1_Assembly_and_fasteners_hardwareIt is an order to be awarded that allows the retrieval of
provides services or goods whose individual prices are fixed but the quantity to be retrieved in the end is still unknown. In this respect, the contractor is not entitled to
Commissioning all positions and quantities. The advertised “required quantity/required
Units” is the annual average of orders from 2018 to 2021 for the previous area of application of law enforcement institutions, including a 25% surcharge due to the future lifting of the application restriction of the framework agreement to law enforcement institutions. In the future, as required by the application restriction of the framework agreement, will extend to all properties managed by the AG.
The remuneration for each individual position includes all services provided by the contractor, including all
costs incurred by him, such as personnel, wage, secondary wage, order, material, ancillary material, vehicle, travel time, general, rental, rental and overhead costs, risk and
