To guarantee the correct functioning and condition of the facilities and dependencies that are the object of the contract, as well as to provide users with an adequate use of the buildings and facilities and to guide them in their requests for information, in accordance with the conditions and the procedure indicated in the Technical Specifications, which will be of a contractual nature.

- Collaborate in the training of newly recruited staff.
- Propose ideas and projects for improvement.
- Collaborate in the rest of the processes with which it is interrelated.
- Advise Getxo Kirolak at all times on any aspect related to the operation of the service in relation to each Centre (Sports Centre), taking into account the characteristics of its facilities and the particularities of the activities carried out in each of the spaces.
