the holder of each of the lots provides the following services for all the technical installations referred to in Article 1 of the CCTP: - conducting, monitoring and maintaining the balancing of installations- troubleshooting and on-call duty 24 hours a day- systematic preventive maintenance- conditional and corrective preventive maintenance (Troubleshooting) - the supply of consumables necessary for routine maintenance and defined below, - technical assistance during regulatory checks and punctual services during diagnostics carried out by an external service provider for example.- The management and supply of stocks of products and spare parts defined below- the maintenance maintenance documents - cleaning and maintenance of technical rooms (boiler rooms, substations and miscellaneous) .These services fall under P2 maintenance
