The contractor is to provide services for the transport and disposal of residues from waste incineration (slag, filter dust and boiler breakout) of the waste heat and power plant of GML — Gemeinschafts-Müllheizkraftwerk Ludwigshafen GmbH.
The client writes out the order in 2 lots.
Offers can be submitted in both lots for both a 5-year and a 10-year contract term.
Lot 1: Disposal of slag The contractor takes over the slag generated in the client's waste heat and power plant in accordance with the detailed provisions of the SOW. The contractor should provide an integrated service that includes slag bunker management, loading and transport, preparation of slag, recycling or disposal of residues after slag preparation and documentation. It is possible to offer the complete performance of slag disposal (including recovery/removal of mineral treatment residues) or a service in which the mineral processing residues are served at the client's landfill contact.
Lot 2: Disposal of filter dust and boiler breakout The contractor takes over the filter dust generated in the client's MHKW and the boiler breakout according to the detailed provisions of the SOW. The contractor should provide an integrated service that includes loading, transporting and recycling or disposal of filter dust in an underground landfill and boiler outbreak, as well as documentation.
Disposal slagThe contractor takes over the slag generated in the client's waste heat and power plant in accordance with the detailed provisions of the service description. The contractor should provide an integrated service that includes slag bunker management, loading and transport, preparation of slag, recycling or disposal of residues after slag preparation and documentation.
