We would like to invite interested parties to submit an application to participate in the integral design team for “Open Club Climbing”.

From the preliminary phase, it has been explicitly stipulated that the request to participate is aimed at one integral design assignment as a whole of the building, grounds and other consultancy disciplines, and therefore also as one integrated assignment for one team of collaborating disciplines of:

- an architect / urban planner,

- a design and engineering agency for landscape / urban planning / public space,

- a manufacturer,

- an installation consultant,

- an advisor building physics and acoustics,

- a fire safety advisor.

- Elaborating an integral structure and preliminary design for building, landscape and infrastructure, in close collaboration with the client and end users in the various design phases,

- Elaborating a final design in collaboration with the client, end users and yet to be selected construction team partner (architectural and installations),

- Preparing the application for an environmental permit,

- Elaborating a technical design in collaboration with the yet to be selected construction team partner,

- Elaborating a design-ready design in collaboration with the yet to be selected construction team partner,

- Support of the client during the realization phase.
