OPEN TELEMATIC TENDER FOR THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE TECHNICAL-ECONOMIC AND EXECUTIVE FEASIBILITY DESIGN ASSIGNMENT AIMED AT THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW SCHOOL COMPLEX AT THE I.T.A.S. "DIONISIO ANZILOTTI" - VIALE RICCIANO, PESCIA (PT) CUP H38H23000390002 - CIG A022315835 WHICH S00236340477202300005

The objective of the assignment is to update the technical-economic feasibility study drawn up in 2021 by the provincial offices to the new procurement code Legislative Decree 36/2023 and the consequent development of the executive design. The 2021 feasibility study will be the conceptual basis on which to develop the other levels covered by the service.

Specifically, the following is a list of the requests in terms of space that the new school complex will have to guarantee, for a functional didactic-organizational activity (in view of a potential increase in enrollment):

1 large entrance hall with concierge

9 classrooms for classrooms

1 special classroom

2 laboratories

1 classroom for supplementary and extracurricular activities

Professorial Baths

Professors' room

2 bathrooms for the disabled on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor

Student bathrooms on each floor

1 garden

1 car and motorbike parking near the building

The building must be conceived as a passive type and the design must take into account the concepts of bioclimatic, the Minimum Environmental Criteria (C.A.M.), the ITACA protocol, the Guidelines for compliance with the principle of not causing significant damage to the environment (so-called "Guidelines for Not Causing Significant Damage to the Environment"). DNSH) and for the energy part, it is required to design a passive building (useful energy requirement required for heating/cooling ≤ 10-15 kWh/(m2a) ), for which the Passivhaus, CasaClima or similar protocols can be taken as a model.

Further objectives of the project are:

1. Identification of innovative design solutions to minimize energy consumption. Use of the wind tower combined with underground channeling.

2. Creation of flexible internal spaces in order to guarantee high-performance teaching spaces in line with the current trend of teaching, no longer only frontal. Provision of multifunctional meeting spaces.

3. Accessibility for the disabled.
