The provision of a Tier 3 Weight Management Service for the population served by NHS North Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Group, with access to the service for the populations served by NHS West Norfolk and NHS South Norfolk CCGs. The contract term is 3 years, with an extension option for a further 2 years.
