The objectives of the contract are to:

- Maintain the sanitary equipment of Haute-Savoie Habitat housing

- Replace faulty or obsolete faucets and water heaters

- Ensure a quality of service to tenants

- Prevent the risk of leaks in housing

- Ensure optimum and quality operation of valve installations for our tenants

- Ensure rapid troubleshooting in case of leakage
