The old brewery in Eggenfelden/Gern is being renovated and converted into an innovation centre.

Design of the outdoor facilities

— earthworks/excavation approx. 480 m3,

— substrate preparation and gravel substructure approx. 700-800 m2,

— strip foundations approx. 80 m,

— concrete slab path, slab size approx. 100 x 150,

— steel edging, pavement liners, drainage channel approx. 220 m,

— paving works approx. 400 m2,

— various sowing areas: gravel grass, flowering meadow approx. 420 m2,

— Stainless steel drainage & drainage channels approx. 15 m.
