The subject of the contract is the provision (round-the-clock, 7 days a week) of the collection of liquid waste from vessels using the wharves located within the limits of the seaport in Świnoujście and the further development of them over a period of 24 months, i.e. the period from the date of the signing of the contract (not earlier than from 01.01.2022).
The borders of the seaport in Świnoujście are determined by the regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of
1 October 2010 on establishing the border of the seaport in Świnoujście from the mainland (Journal of Laws 2010 No. 190, item 1275).
The order is conducted with a breakdown into parts:
Part C1 oil waste and its mixtures with water and residues from exhaust cleaning (Zal. I, VI of the MARPOL Convention),
Part C2 Fecal Wastewater (Zal. IV MARPOL Convention).

The order concerns the receipt of the following types of waste from vessels:
1) Oil waste and mixtures thereof with water (Annex I of the MARPOL Convention), including:
(a) oiled bilge water (inter alia code: 13 05 07* - oiled water from dehydration of oils in separators),
(b) oil residues (sludge) (e.g. code: 13 05 02* sludge from dehydration of oils in separators, 13 05 06* oil from dewatering of oils in separators),
(c) used oils worked (inter alia code: 13 02 08* — other motor, transmission and lubricating oils).
2) Residues from exhaust cleaning (Annex VI of the MARPOL Convention), i.e.: catalytic converters, sagas, filters, etc., rinses from rinsing systems, etc. (including code: 10 01 18* - waste from waste gas treatment containing hazardous substances).
Part C2 Fecal Wastewater (Zal. IV MARPOL Convention).The order concerns the receipt of the following types of waste from vessels:
