The project management contract will include the following missions under MOP: DIA / APS / APD / PRO / ACT / VISA / DET / AOR.
The group will be composed of an architect or an architectural firm with internal or external expertise by the contribution of consulting firms to cover the disciplines: structure, fluids, construction economist, and landscape architect. A member of the group must have an asbestos qualification in SS3 and SS4.
The representative of the group (at choice) must belong exclusively to a single team. Other economic operators will be able to present themselves in several teams.
The above competencies are mandatory and will be clearly expressed in the application on pain of exclusion.
The non-exhaustive list of works will include:
- thermal improvement,
- security,
- comfort and beautification.
Estimated cost of works: EUR 3,220,085.00 excluding tax
Market form: ordinary.
