The subject of the contract is the purchase and supply of network equipment for the needs of the internal LAN network for sanitary and epidemiological stations under the GovNet (GIS) project, divided into two parts:

1) Part 1 – purchase of switches, fibre optic cables and firewalls;

2) part 2 – purchase of rack cabinets,

in accordance with the draft Agreement constituting Annex 1a to the SWZ (for part 1) and Annex 1b to the SWZ (for part 2), and with the Description of the Subject of the Contract, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ". OPZ for individual parts was included in the "Technical form together with OPZ" constituting Annex 2a to the SWZ (for part 1) and Annex 2b to the SWZ (for part 2).

In accordance with the OPZ for part 1, contained in the "Technical form together with the OPZ" constituting Annex 2a to the SWZ.

In accordance with the OPZ for part 2, contained in the "Technical form with OPZ" constituting Annex 2b to the SWZ.
