1. The subject of the contract is the short-term rental of a mobile heating installation (MIC), consisting of 4 water and oil boilers, with a unit capacity of 10 MWt each (with a power tolerance range of one boiler from -10% to +15%, subject to that the total power of boilers cannot be less than 40 MWt) together with the necessary equipment and oil tanks, their assembly and commissioning in the heat and power plant in Elbląg, ul. 20 A.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the ToR.

The subject of the order is the short-term rental of a mobile heating installation (MIC), consisting of 4 water and oil boilers, with a unit capacity of 10 MWt each (with a power tolerance range of one boiler from -10% to +15%, provided that the total power of boilers cannot be less than 40 MWt) together with the necessary equipment and oil tanks, their assembly and commissioning in the heat and power plant in Elbląg, ul. Elektryczna 20 A. Rental of MIC will include the delivery, assembly, commissioning, training of operational staff and servicing of 4 oil boilers with the capacity of as above. along with the necessary accompanying infrastructure. It is assumed that 2 boilers will work in the period from 1/12/2020 to 31/03/2021, and the remaining 2 boilers in the period from 1/2021 to 31/03/2021.
