The subject matter of the contracts is the servers, network equipment and components of the aforementioned items; server, network device software, licenses, product support extensions and related services. The subject matter of the contracts also includes the delivery of the goods to be purchased to a place designated by the contracting authority in Estonia without payment of a separate charge.
The framework contract will be extended to all legal entities that have authorized RIK to conduct the procurement (the Joint Vendors listed in the Vendors List) and to the VCs through voluntary central procurement.
In the context of lot 1 of this contract, the contracting authority wishes to receive a sample tender. The vendor is not obligated to purchase the equipment / software requested in the sample offer, but may do so if desired. Prices shall be fixed for a period of three months from the date of conclusion of the framework contract.
The tenderer shall submit as an offer the equipment referred to in the procurement subject of the e-catalog. Under this section, bidders are entitled to the whole
During the contract period, change the equipment information in the e-catalog, delete and add new equipment, taking into account the procurement object.
The Tenderer shall submit for evaluation an e-catalog of the Sample Tender in accordance with the conditions set out in the Technical Specification. The product information contained in the sample offer must be fixed for at least 3 months after the conclusion of the framework contract. When purchasing a sample product, the contracting authority selects the cheapest product offered for the products of the various contractual partners.
The framework contract shall be awarded to several tenderers without any tender being submitted in the e-catalog. The contracting authority shall organize a mini-competition between tenderers through the Public Procurement Register.
