Norlys Holding A/S Provider Agreement on behalf of: Norlys Holding A/S, Tietgensvej 4, 8600 Silkeborg CVR No 25 48 21 90, N1 A/S, Edison Park 1, 6715 Esbjerg N CVR No 25 15 41 50, N1 Randers A/S, Edison Park 1, 6715 Esbjerg N, CVR No 29 31 24 35, also a party to the Framework Agreement. The three contracting entities may each draw on the Framework Agreement as required. Norlys Holding A/S is the person responsible for the organisation and implementation of the tender, but the Framework Agreement is concluded by all Parties. From the start of the agreement, it will be primarily Norlys Holding A/S and N1 A/S drawing on the deal. N1 Rander's A/S move on the deal will form a smaller part of the overall need. It is expected that primarily in the term it will be Norlys Holding A/S that will draw on the agreement on behalf of all Parties.
Metering technician servicesContracting entities need the acquisition of technical services in the field of meter engineering for the entire geographical supply area. Services are requested in the field of operation and maintenance of the meter park, further information can be found in Annex B.1, Specification of Claims, Metering technician services.
A total contract sum shall be estimated for the entire contract period including an option of approximately DKK 15 million.
