The Procurement Office of North Karelia invites you to submit a bid for HVAC works for properties managed by Outokumpu City, Outokumpu Region Industrial Village Ltd and Kiinteistö Oy Kummun Kodit 1.1.2020-31.12.2021 + four (4) year option. The role of the main implementer is agreed on a job-by-job basis. The service provider must also commit to acting as the lead provider.

The purchase must comply with the regulations of the European Union directly binding legislation, Finnish laws and regulations and the authorities.

The offer is binding and must be drafted in Finnish.
