VAV [the Agency for Water and Sewerage Works] needs a framework agreement for purchase of various steel products. A specified overview of steel products that are to be procured will be listed in Appendix 4 - Price form for steel. VAV also wants the possibility of purchasing steel products that are not not specified, where either a general discount rate or mark-up percentage is agreed.

The tenderer will initially supply the goods to the contracting authority at the agreed delivery address. The contracting authority must regardless, if needed, be able to collect goods himself. This need is considered to be limited.
