Outside doors and windows shall be replaced in all facades as well as 2 roof windows.

The external covering shall be replaced.

Bargeboards and weather boards with fittings shall be replaced as well as rain gutters on the staircase superstructure. Individual roof tiles/crest tiles shall be fixed.

Railings/banisters shall be delivered and assembled in the stairway.

The main staircase in concrete shall be demolished and a new staircase shall be constructed including wheelchair access.

The whole painting shall be painted.

The work consists of all adjacent and necessary works.
