BCHG is looking to procure a Cloud hosted housing management solution that will meet the requirements identified in the ITT and associated documents. The system must be modern, intuitive and enable open integration with other systems used by BCHG.

BCHG is looking to procure a housing management solution covering tenancy management, rent accounting, arrears management, case management, voids management and CRM that will meet the requirements identified in the ITT and associated documents. The system must also include flexible reporting capabilities.

The system must be Cloud hosted and must include open APIs to allow integration with other systems including separate finance, repairs and asset management systems internally, SharePoint Document Management. APIs must also allow integration with external solutions.

The solution needs to meet the requirements of modern day working therefore needs to be accessible by staff at any time from anywhere via any device and include an ability for customers to access certain information with flexible communication methods
