Custody of the Day Centre and general services, social assistance and rehabilitation in favor of elderly people included at the R.S.A. - R.A. "Camilla Sernini" of Cortona.

The contract also includes the Home Care Service in favor of self-sufficient and non-self-sufficient elderly with Isogravity level 1 and 2 certified by the UVM Commission of the Valdichiana Area ASL and people under 65 years of age in conditions of particular social fragility certified by the Social and / or Specialist Services, residing in the Municipality of Cortona.

The subject of the contract is the assignment of the management, and related services, of the following structures:

1.a) Residential Center "Camilla Sernini" – R.S.A. and R.A. – based in Camucia – Via Capitini, 9 – municipal structure that welcomes self-sufficient and non-self-sufficient elderly people. The structure provides a continuous service throughout the 24 hours for the whole week and throughout the year. The structure is authorized to operate, in accordance with the current regulations of the Tuscany Region, for n. 24 places of which: n. 21 intended for non-self-sufficient elderly (R.S.A.) "stabilized non-self-sufficiency, basic type"; n. 3 places for self-sufficient elderly people (R.A.). The Municipality of Cortona has signed with the USL Toscana Sudest - Zona Distretto Valdichiana Aretina - the contractual agreement prescribed by D.G.R.T n. 995/2016 for the provision of services in favor of non-self-sufficient elderly people (Free choice).

1.b) Day Center "Camilla Sernini" - based in Camucia - Via Capitini n. 9 - semi-residential structure of the Municipality of Cortona - authorized and accredited for n. 16 elderly, of which n. 13 self-sufficient and n. 3 not self-sufficient (not self-sufficiency at the moment not activated).

2. The contract also includes the Home Care Service in favor of self-sufficient and non-self-sufficient elderly with Isogravity level 1 and 2 certified by the UVM Commission of the Valdichiana Area ASL and people under 65 years of age in conditions of particular social fragility certified by the Social and / or Specialist Services, residing in the Municipality of Cortona, for "basic care" services carried out at home, in implementation of the Assistance Plan prepared individually by the Social Services Sector of the Municipality of Cortona, upon request of the interested parties.
