To carry out major reroofing, replacing all rainwater goods and external repairs to this Grade 2 listed church with new internal reordering as part of an HLF funded project.

It will be invited tender from those who can demonstrate their experience of working on historic buildings and churches in particular and with a proven record of good health and safety procedures and record.

The contract will be a JCT form of contract Intermediate Form 2011 with approx 4 weeks to tender from late October 2017.
