1) The subject of the contract is the extension of the manufacturer's support and the right to update as well as the development of VMware and VMware NSX Data Center software for a period of 12 months.
2) As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor, during the license validity period, will provide the Contracting Authority with the possibility of using the manufacturer's engineering support of the offered solution in the field of installation, configuration and training on the terms specified by the manufacturer, in a total scope of up to 192 hours.
3) As part of an optional order, the Ordering Party may order an additional manufacturer's engineering support package of up to 192 hours during the license validity period.

a) VMware vSphere 7 Enterprise Plus for 1 processor, P/N: VS7-EPL-P-SSS-C
b) VMware vCenter Server 7 Standard for vSphere 7 (Per Instance), P/N: VCS7-STD-P-SSS-C
c) VMware vSphere 7 Standard for 1 processor, P/N: VS7-STD-P-SSS-C
d) VMware NSX Data Center Professional per Processor, P/N: NX-DC-PF-P-SSS-C
e) VMware vRealize Network Insight 6 Advanced (per CPU), P/N: VRNI6-ADV-CPU-P-SSS-C
