The service includes:

a) Workshops: (estimated value of the contract for this service 860 000 EUR). The objective is to promote the proactivity towards the employment of the participants, through specific methodologies and activities for personal development and training in creativity, communication and self-leadership skills that facilitate and boost the employability of students;

B) Events (maximum 2): (estimated value of the contract for this service 40 000 EUR). The objective is to highlight the actions carried out within the framework of the project, its impact on the improvement of the employability of the young participants, etc., as well as to disseminate the good practices extracted from its execution. The methodology and development of the events must be fundamentally participatory and attractive, eminently dynamic and in the best format so that they are attractive to the different participating agents.

From the Inserta Empleo association, the non-simultaneous delivery of training actions of skills development workshops to promote the employability of young people (opening doors) (20 hours each training action), throughout the national territory, and the organization of a maximum of 2 events for students participating in these workshops (in the locations to be defined by Insert Employment). The purpose of the contract and its purpose is to promote the proactivity towards the employment of the participants, through specific methodologies and activities for personal development and training in creativity, communication and self-leadership skills that facilitate and boost the employability of students, complemented by those elements and / or digital tools that are considered adequate for the achievement of this objective, to value the actions carried out within the framework of the project, its impact on the improvement of employability of the young participants, etc., as well as to disseminate the good practices extracted from its execution. The maximum number of actions and events to be executed is fixed by the total amount of the contract referenced in the specifications and by the execution period, taking into account the final award price per action and events, and the needs of the program beneficiaries in every moment.
