Cornwall Airport Ltd has appointed suppliers of Car Hire to operate concessions at Cornwall Airport Newquay. The objective of this procurement is to invite proposals from suitable providers of car hire services with a view to agreeing a contract for 3 years, with an option to extend for a further 2 years.

Cornwall Airport Ltd requires all concessions to operate for all arriving scheduled and chartered flights and to provide a service for any passengers on delayed or diverted flights who have pre-booked a vehicle. The minimum requirement is for concessions to be open to meet and greet all pre-bookings. The concession must operate 7 days per week, 365 days of the year.
