1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.09. 1991 on forests (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended – Paragraph on forests) including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, meadow and agricultural management and hunting and nursery management, to be performed in the Czarne Człuchowskie Forest District in 2023.2)The material scope of the subject of the contract includes in total works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, meadow and agricultural management and hunting and nursery management resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1.-planned size of works; Incl. no2.2.-detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations; Annex No. 2.3.1.–characteristics of forestry in the field of timber harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.2.–assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry; Annex No. 2.3.3.–a statement of distances and conditions of wood harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.4.–list of items with additional difficulties in the field of acquisition and skidding; Annex No. 2.3.5.–list of items not made available for machine acquisition; Annex No. 2.3.6.–information on the optimal technology of harvesting wood; Annex No. 2.4.1.-information on the nature of forest care; Annex No. 2.4.2.-a list of items not available for renewal with the help of an planter;3)Material ranges listed in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates.4)Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3toSWZ, which consists of:Annex No. 3.1." Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forest works" adopted dec.nr34 DGLP of 12.05.2022 on the introduction of the "Description of the standard of forestry work technology" in organizational units of the State Forest With amendments introduced by amending decisions;

Attachment No. 3.2. The description of the standard of forestry performance technology in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Szczecinku_ adopted by Decision No. 24 of the DRLP of 15.06.2022 on the introduction of the "Regional description of the standard of forestry work technology" together with the amendments introduced by amending decisions;Specific Annex nr.3.1.do SWZ and annex No. 3.2. to the SWZ, a detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) is the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2toSWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1.toSWZ and in Annex No. 3.2.toSWZ do not apply. Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex No. 3 to SWZ.6)The description of the rules for the acceptance of works l. was included in Annex No. 3 to SWZ. 7) The implementation of works included in the subject of the contract for individual Packages will take place in the area of forests – appropriate for a given Package ("Package Implementation Area"). The location (forest address) of individual forest works falling within the scope of the Agreement indicated in the annexes included in the Annexes included in Annex 2 is preliminary. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement will be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3. point 1), with the proviso that it will always be ORP.8)Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the unforeseen situation of the gosp-ekon, Zam. reserves the right to make reduction adjustments, increasing adjustments, arrangements of new locations take place within the subject of the contract, but always only on ORP.
