This assignment concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of a software package to support the personnel administration and payroll processing of Thomas More. The software package must be able to manage, per non-profit organisation, both contractual and statutory employees, whereby the rules from the higher education codex must be applicable to statutory staff. In addition, it must be possible to forward the data of the statutory employees to the Department of Education of the Flemish Government via the Edison tool provided by them.
Services offered by the contractor related to the use of the software (e.g. training, consultancy,...) are also covered by the framework agreement.
