Cavyvs must conclude this contract relating to DMA collection services. The services covered by this contract are as follows:

- lot 1: collection of household and similar door-to-door waste and market waste,

- lot 2: collection of household and similar waste in voluntary collection points.

Lot 1 includes an optional tranche 1 which relates to the installation of a chip reading system placed on the containers for OMR and packaging waste collection vehicles. The exact services expected from the holder are specified in the Special technical specifications (hereinafter "CCTP"). The prescriptions described in this contract are deemed to be accepted without reservation by the holder. Any reference to a standard or trademark is understood to be equivalent.
