This service contract concerns the maintenance and gardening of undeveloped land (spaces) managed by the Brussels-Capital Region.

The purpose of this contract is to:

- Maintain undeveloped land (spaces) managed by the Facilities Department of the Brussels-Capital Regional Public Service;

- Ensure cleanliness and aesthetics at all times. The aesthetic aspect is essential for the image of the Brussels-Capital Region and vis-à-vis the population who judge the cleanliness and quality of maintenance of green spaces and undeveloped spaces at the same level;

- Maintain free passage to various accesses and communication routes (sidewalks, driveways, pedestrian crossings, paths, etc.).

 Plant sizes

 Weeding

 Seeding

 Sodding

 Cutting borders  Collecting leaves

 Supply and installation of flexible and rigid fences
