Folkestone and Hythe District Council (FHDC) require a full PAS2035 Bureau Service (‘Service’) in October 2023 and concluding on 31st March 2025. The role will perform retrofit full bureau services in support of the delivery of energy efficiency retrofit measures in 300 social houses in the Folkestone area. There will be a breakpoint review on 31st March 2024 to consider contract performance and continuation of service delivery to 31st March 2025.
