The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide real-time transcription services by velotypy to meet the needs of subtitling live video streaming of the City of Toulouse and Toulouse Métropole during advice sessions or for any other type of event. The services concern:- live subtitling of interventions and debates,- written transcription. The written transcription must be reformatted and sent as a text file (Word or Libre Office document) within 24 to 48 hours. The services will be remunerated by applying the unit prices fixed in the price schedule to the quantities actually performed. The amount of benefits for the initial period of the framework agreement is defined as follows: Toulouse Métropole: 20,000 euros / Municipality of Toulouse: 20,000 euros. The amounts will be identical for each renewal period
