City of Helsinki's urban environment business is launching a tender for Pikku-Finlandia's evacuation technical solutions (TR). The contract is for approximately 2,750 brm 2 implementation of a modular evasive tree evasive space. The evacuation area will first be located next to the Finlandia House on the Karamzininranta beach square on the shores of Töölönlahti Bay. The emergency room will serve as a bypass for the Finlandia Hall during the renovation work on the Finlandia Hall and after that the emergency room will be relocated somewhere else in the Helsinki area to act as a school bypass.

The preliminary planning and implementation phase of the project will run from summer 2020 to the end of 2021. The Little Finlandia evacuation area must be in use by the Finlandia House from the beginning of 2022.

The purpose of a contract competition is to select a contractor who designs and builds a wood-based modular evasive space in accordance with the client's reference plan.

The contractor has set a maximum price of EUR 8 million for the fixed price of the TR contract. EUR above which bids will be rejected.
