The MFA Hoek project concerns the new construction of a multifunctional accommodation (MFA) in Hoek in the municipality of Terneuzen.

The following functions are housed in MFA Hoek: primary school, childcare, library, gym / sports accommodation, village house / welfare accommodation and day care.

The intended location for MFA Hoek is the northwest corner of the new housing estate 'Windlust II'.

From September 2022, the municipality of Terneuzen, in consultation with the future users of MFA Hoek, has been working on the Program of Requirements (PvE) and an architectural Preliminary Design (VO).

This was done under the guidance of bbn advisors and Studio YAA Architects. The purpose of the present tender procedure is to contract a contractor who further develops the design for MFA Hoek into UO and realizes the MFA.

The MFA to be designed and realised comprises approx. 2,600 m2 gfa.
