The Norwegian Folk Museum Foundation invites tenderers to a tender contest in connection with the procurement of a framework agreement concerning the service and maintenance of ventilation and climate systems at our locations.

The agreement covers approx. 50 systems, consisting of ventilation, humidifier,

dehumidifiers and fans, as well as 10 heat pumps and some cold rooms/freezers. The systems are from all the eras

from 1960 to 2023. We manage great values in the form of artefacts in the museums and are dependent on

the systems running and functioning properly.

The foundation includes Bogstad Gård, the Farm Operations at Bygdø Kongsgård, Eidsvoll 1814, Ibsen Museum

& Theatre, the Norwegian Cultural Museum [Norsk Folkemuseum] and the Norwegian Maritime Museum, Norsk etnologisk gransking and the Norwegian

Pharmacy History Museum. The foundation receives annual grants from the Ministry of Culture and Equality. Large parts of

the contracting authority's property portfolio consists of antiquarian buildings and older buildings.
