The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as amended — Forest Act) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting wood and harvesting non-wood products for execution in the Górowo Iławeckie Forest District in 2022 in the forest forest of Dzikowo, Borki, Dęby, Gaworowo, Jagodowo.

1/ The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest farming and conservation, conservation of the forest fire protection, harvesting and ripping of wood and the acquisition of non-wood products to be carried out in the Górowo Iławeckie Forest District in the year 2022 in the forestry of Dzikowo, Borki, Dęby, Gaworowo, Jagodowo.

2/ The scope of the subject of the contract shall include the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and plucking of timber and the acquisition of non-wood products resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No 3.1. — size of works according to groups of activities, activities and locations; Annex No 3.2. — sortment system of timber harvesting; Annex No 3.3. — statement of timber breakage distances and conditions; Annex No 3.4. — summary of items not made available for machine-sourcing; Annex No 3.5. — information on application possible logging technologies;

3/ The kind ranges compiled in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.

4/ Quality standards relating to all relevant characteristics of the subject of the contract shall be determined by Decision No 19 of the Director-General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 updated under Decision No 101 of the DGLP of 16 September 2021 and Decision No 112 of the DGLP of 4 October 2021. and Decision 61 of the Director of the RDLP in Olsztyn dated 07.10.2021. Decisions on the implementation of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works” in the organizational units of the State Forests define a detailed description of the standard of technology for carrying out individual forest works activities) included in the subject of the contract. The OSTWPL will form the basis for the determination of quality requirements relating to the constituent elements of the subject of the contract contained in Annex 4 to the SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works of OSTWPL)

5/ Descriptions of the activity codes describing the individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 to the SWZ.

6) The description of the rules for the procedure for taking up forestry works is set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ
