The contract aims to acquire services for the realization of artistic actions, within the scope of the operation, «Urban Art - The Future in Your Hands», in the Disadvantaged Communities of Campanhã, which has as its main purpose the development of artistic skills/talents, of children and young residents, aged between 12 and 17 years, namely NEETs, in the various aspects of urban art, namely, urban music and dances, with special emphasis on breaking (Olympic modality), graffiti and digital graffiti, video and urban photography, through regular training classes and qualification of the potential of children and young people, under the terms defined in these specifications. The themes of the three actions will have as a common thread knowledge and experiences about the imagery of the future of people/neighborhoods/cities/planet, considering climate change and the transition to digital.
