The subject of the contract is: 1) provision of technical support services for the eGranty system in the field of removing defects, security gaps, configuration optimization, updating libraries and components and updating technical documentation, system and user; 2) provision of development services within the framework of the man-hours proposed by the Contractor in the maximum number of 2,600 man-hours of programming for the implementation of new functionalities and modifications of existing ones as part of the needs reported by the Contracting Entity. The Ordering Party guarantees the use of 1,400 man-hours, and in relation to the remaining 1,200 man-hours reserves the right of option, to any extent during the term of the contract, depending on possible needs (in particular caused by technical reasons or changes in the relevant legal provisions), as well as not using these services at all (right of option); 3) provision of periodic reviews of the state of the environment in accordance with the schedule presented in the contractor's offer, which will be carried out at the headquarters of the Contracting Authority. The contractor will perform a review of the entire system environment and provide a report with any recommendations.
