Competition is carried out through an open procedure and one (1) most eligible bidder is selected as the contract supplier. A framework arrangement of one (1) vendor is formed with the selected contract vendor. The contract period is a fixed term of four (4) years.

Products to be competitive include groceries, garden products, sporting goods, interior items, utensils, clothing and electronics products. Subscribers acquire requisite items and goods in small batches from grocery stores.
When making purchases, the subscriber must have access to the provider's own debit card, which allows subscribers to make purchases to the organization account in designated stores. Purchases are mainly made on site in grocery stores, but the bidder must also have access to an online shop where subscribers can make purchases.
Competition is carried out through an open procedure and one (1) most eligible bidder is selected as the contract supplier. A framework arrangement of one (1) vendor is formed with the selected contract vendor.
The basis for choosing competition is overall economic affordability, with the weight of the price being 100 points. If more bidders receive the same score, the contracting entity will value the complaining bidders. The draw is an accepted custom in case law.
The contract period is a fixed term of four (4) years. The termination period for both parties and Sarastian customer entities committed to the acquisition is six (6) months, despite the periodic ity.
The contract period will begin not earlier than after the procurement decision has received the legal force. The contractual entities (see contract base) will move within the scope of the contract to be done after the end of their existing agreements.
