This contract is a mixed framework agreement, within the meaning of Article R2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code. It includes flat-rate services for routine maintenance, and services on purchase orders, to be carried out as and when needed.

unit priced services will be carried out upon the occurrence of needs within the following limits:

minimum annual amount: without

maximum annual amount: EUR 100 000.00 excluding VAT

maximum amount over the total duration of the contract (all renewals included): EUR 400 000.00 excluding VAT

the offer submitted by the candidate must cover all the services defined in the special technical clauses.

the services will give rise to a contract concluded from the date of notification for a firm period of 12 months.

the contract is tacitly renewable 3 times for a period of 12 months without its total duration exceeding 48 months
