This order includes: construction of a pitch with external dimensions of 61.0x110.0m | playing field 55.0x100.0 m with artificial surface with infrastructure and land development around the pitch, execution of electrical works and monitoring, execution of drainage works, execution of an obstacle course, pamptrack - track surface (along the slope contour): 742.00 m2, asphalt area in the projection: 297.0 m2, OCR training zones with a total area of 187.70 m2, playground and recreation for children with a total area of 295.80 m2, execution of surfaces, parking lots and access roads. execution of works in accordance with the law, including relevant legal acts and standards, obtaining the final occupancy permit for the object under construction.

The subject of the contract is: "Construction of two sports fields, an obstacle course, a pamptrack and a grandstand with technical infrastructure - stage II and II and as part of the development of the area at 18 Kołowa Street for sports, recreational and cultural functions - carried out in five stages", hereinafter referred to as the subject of the contract. This order includes: construction of a pitch with external dimensions of 61.0x110.0m | playing field 55.0x100.0 m with artificial surface with infrastructure and land development around the pitch, execution of electrical works and monitoring, execution of drainage works, execution of an obstacle course, pamptrack - track surface (along the slope contour): 742.00 m2, asphalt area in the projection: 297.0 m2, OCR training zones with a total area of 187.70 m2, playground and recreation for children with a total area of 295.80 m2, execution of surfaces, parking lots and access roads. execution of works in accordance with the law, including relevant legal acts and standards, obtaining the final occupancy permit for the object under construction.

The subject of the Agreement covers the scope covered by the project documentation with the exception of:

• construction of a sports field made of natural grass with sports equipment and ball catchers,

• execution of stands and auditorium with its elements,

• purchase and installation of lighting poles for the pitch,

• purchase and installation of lighting poles with luminaires,

• purchase and installation of lighting projectors with luminaires,

• purchase and installation of a scoreboard,

• purchase and installation of a sound system,

• implementation of external land development in the scope of:

about fences,

about elements of small architecture,

about greenery.

• planting.

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts consisting in repeating similar construction works to the existing Contractor, referred to in Article 214 paragraph 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, as amended).

The value of the contract consisting in the repetition of similar construction works in relation to the value of the basic contract was set at 50.00% in the case of having financial resources – as part of the project described in the provisions of the SWZ and in §1 of the proposed provisions of the contract and consisting in the performance of activities in the field of construction works: i.e. earthworks, concrete works, paving works, masonry works, electrical works with insulation, sanitary works, electrical works, teletechnical works, road works. The contract awarded will be performed under the terms of the basic contract.

The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks of the subject of the contract.
