- Lot 2: tables,

- Lot 3: chairs,

- Lot 5: shelves.

Further details on the requirements for the individual pieces of furniture can be found in the lot-specific service descriptions. The client awards either the single lots or a combination of single lots.

Steel furniture

The following requirements must be observed above all else:

Technical requirements:

The technical requirements for the quality of the products can be found in the batch-specific service descriptions (see Appendix 1 to the procedural guide). The requirements identified in the tender documents are binding as technical specifications. Therefore, if furniture is offered that does not correspond to the lot-specific service descriptions, the bidder must provide evidence on request that his products and services meet the technical requirements. Corresponding expert reports, manufacturer information etc. must then be submitted in German on request.

Warranty period and spare parts supply:

The warranty period for the interior and furnishing components must be at least 2 years. There are occasional deviations from the lot-specific service descriptions (see Appendix 1 to the procedural guidelines). A longer warranty period leads to a better evaluation of the offer (see section 6.4 of the procedural guidelines).
