The object of the order is the implementation of line courses — Service A

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of Service A to the Contracting Authority, which consists of transporting Consignments, including Consignments of which will constitute postal consignments and the contents of which will constitute dangerous goods within the meaning of Article 2 (4) of the Act on 19 August 2011. on the transport of hazardous materials, whereby the Contractor is obliged to accept Consignments for carriage at the place and time specified in the Schedule of the implementation of Service A, annex 1 to the draft contract, and issue Consignments accepted for carriage at the place specified in this annex.

As part of providing service A, the Contractor undertakes:

(a) that the vehicle using which the Consignments are transported will arrive at the place of issue of the Shipments within the time limit set out in the Schedule for the implementation of Service A, as set out in Annex 1 to the draft agreement,

(b) where the place of acceptance of consignments for carriage is not the organizational unit of the Contracting Authority - the loading of the Consignments onto the vehicle and their placement in the vehicle at the place of acceptance of the consignments for carriage,

(c) where the place of release of the Shipments is not the organizational unit of the Ordering Party - the discharge of the Shipments from the vehicle at the place of release of the Shipments.

2. Maximum quantities of services that may be contracted to the Contractor by the Contracting Authority in the scope of the contract:

- the maximum number of kilometers with the right option (100%) - 227 304,

- kilometers (80%) - 181 843,

- the number of kilometers covered by option law (20%) - 45 461.

3. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding a supplementary contract to the existing Contractor pursuant to Article 388 (2) (c) of the Public Procurement Law Act. This contract will consist of the recurrence of similar services from the basic contract and will be awarded under the terms described in the Description of the subject of the contract and with changes arising from the needs of the Contracting Authority, however not beyond the requirements described in the Description of the subject matter of the contract and in the model of the contract. The total execution period of supplementary orders shall not exceed a period of 12 months.

The award of a supplementary contract shall be conditional on:

- due performance at the Contractor of the basic order,

- the disposition by the Contracting Authority of financial resources for its implementation.

Maximum quantities of services that may be contracted to the Contractor by the Contractor under the supplementary order:

- the maximum number of kilometers with the right option (100%) - 228 206,

- number of kilometers (80%) - 182 565,

- the number of kilometers covered by option law (20%) - 45 641.

4. Estimated number of vehicles necessary for service: 2 vehicles of category Ib.

5. Estimated number of people necessary to deliver the service: 2 persons with a category B driver's license

6. Where the Contractor's remuneration does not reach the maximum remuneration during the period of the contract, the time for which the Contractor is obliged to provide the service may be extended by 3 months, but not more than until the amount of remuneration for the provision of the service reaches the maximum salary
