The procurement is for a joint contract for a Lifting Platform, for the alteration of and a new building for Sandøytunet. Sandøytunet is located in Harøya in Sandøy municipality.

Sandøy municipality has decided to alter and develop Sandøytunet. We would like to use this project to modernise and extend the welfare base and industrial kitchen, construct new sheltered accommodation flats and joint premises for the health services in the municipality.

At the same time other public offices in the municipality will be included in the project and a meeting place shall be developed for residents. This will include alterations, new buildings in several parts and adaptations of outside areas with sensory gardens and car parks etc.

The project will also include the demolition of an existing building with delivery to a reception facility. The total development area included in the project is approx. 3 000 m², of which approx. one half is new buildings.
