The subject of the contract is the preparation of a full-range, full-fledged and complete design and cost estimate documentation for the extension of Kazimierza Brodzińskiego Street in Bielsko-Biała on the section from Korzenna Street to Jana III Sobieskiego Street (hereinafter referred to as the "Documentation").

A detailed definition of the scope of the subject of the contract is contained in Chapters III - V of the Specification of the Terms of The Contract (hereinafter referred to as: "SWZ").

The subject of the contract is the preparation of a full-range, full-discipline and complete design and cost estimate documentation for the extension of Kazimierza Brodzińskiego Street in Bielsko-Biała on the section from Korzenna Street to Jana III Sobieskiego Street (hereinafter referred to as the "Documentation"), in the scope including in particular:

- preparation of the design and cost concept,

- execution of the construction project,

- execution of the detailed design,

- preparation of a water law report,

- preparation of geodetic documentation concerning the resumption of border points and land divisions,

- preparation of a project of temporary and target traffic organization,

- preparation of materials for issuing a decision on the permit for the implementation of a road investment,

- preparation of pre-measure and cost estimate documentation,

and performing author's supervision over the robots covered by the Documentation.
