Grenoble-Alpes Métropole has become the owner of the building housing the headquarters of the Ecole Supérieure d'Art et de Design de Grenoble Valence, located at 25 rue Lesdiguières in Grenoble, following the transfer of the Higher Education competence to the Metropolis in 2015. The Metropolitan Council has decided to start the renovation and restructuring of the building. The Works Operation consists of 15 lots. This consultation concerns only lots 7, 9, 10 and 11. It follows a call for tenders launched on 27/07/2023 of which lots 7, 9, 10 and 11 were declared unsuccessful due to unsuccess. Each lot will be allocated separately
